In a recent letter from Attorney David F. Grunebaum, (representing whom?) Vice President Joseph Martin of AFSCME 1736 is warned that, "Local 1736 is no longer the recognized or certified representative of any Lynn City Custodians." Martin is warned that the efforts of Local 1736 are in violation of a general Law of the commonwealth.

It just goes to show you he must be doing something right!

The City of Lynn is spending more money on lawyers arguing trivial points of law and trying to run the business of the labor movement than they ever would on custodians.
